I'm a Senior Product Designer based in Gurgaon, India, with 5+ years shaping complex B2B SaaS products from discovery through launch. At Aspire, I lead design for the company's largest pod - working closely with product, engineering, and leadership to ship experiences that move real business metrics.

My process starts with users, not pixels. I run discovery research, map jobs-to-be-done, and pressure-test hypotheses early - so by the time high-fidelity designs land with engineering, the direction is already validated. That research discipline is what's let me navigate Aspire's most complex enterprise surfaces with confidence.

I've shipped every major surface: the Automation Builder (1.36M+ runs), the Sales Tracking & Affiliate system ($10.8M peak monthly GMV, 3.2× YoY growth), Product Fulfillment (1,100+ brands), Budget & Payout ($8M+ tracked), and the Meta Ads integration.

I also understand how products get built. An early background in development means I can prototype with real fidelity, have credible technical conversations with engineers, and hold the design quality bar all the way to production - without adding overhead to the team.

Process

How I work.

01

Discover & Define

I start with the problem, not the pixels. User interviews, behavioral data, and competitive teardowns to build a shared understanding of what we're actually solving — before a single frame is opened.

02

Design & Validate

Systems-level thinking in Figma — flows, edge cases, and component architecture all resolved before engineering starts. I prototype to test assumptions, not to impress stakeholders.

Ship & Refine

Close partnership with engineering to hold quality all the way to production. My technical background means I can speak the same language, review implementation accurately, and iterate fast without adding overhead.

Kind words

What colleagues say.

Lokesh doesn't just hand off specs — he's in the Storybook PR review. That level of ownership from a designer is genuinely rare.

The Automation Builder shipped with zero design-QA cycles. He had mapped every edge case before engineering started. I've never seen that before.

The STA redesign went from 'nobody touches this feature' to our highest-engagement enterprise surface in a single quarter.

He thinks in systems. Every component already has the token, the variant, and the Storybook story figured out. It just lands in production right.
